I built Habit Rewards, a habit tracker app designed to make building habits more enjoyable through gamification and a clean, minimalist design.

The app allows you to:

- Track daily/weekly/monthly habits.

- Earn virtual coins for completing habits.

- Set personalized rewards for achieving goals.

- View progress through beautiful tile-based grids

- Mark habits as failed intentionally, so the tracking remains realistic.

The goal was to create something simple but engaging to help with consistency. It's built with FlutterFlow and Firebase, and the app is live on the App Store.

I’d appreciate any feedback or thoughts, especially if you’ve worked on similar projects or have ideas to improve it.

Thanks!

My gripe with these habit apps is you have to create a habit to use them. There needs to be an app to help you create the habit of checking your habit building app.

Haha, you’re absolutely right! It’s like we need "Habit Rewards Rewards"—an app that rewards you just for opening Habit Rewards. But then we’d need another app to remind us to open that one, and so on... habits all the way down!

That said, we’ve added a few features to make it easier to stick with Habit Rewards. There are home screen widgets for quick access and reminders. Hopefully, that helps ease the habit of... using the habit app!

My personal solution to this is turn my todo application into my habit app.

The problem (for me) with habit apps, is they always have the same content. ("did you do this thing today?").

But... my todoist is 30% re-occurring habit tasks and 70% fresh tasks (like work tasks, irregular tasks, etc). So I never get bored opening up my task app.

That's actually a good point for me to further think about how to improve it. Thanks.
