Not even one passing mention of gain of function research?

SciAm in 2021:

> The riskier version of gain-of-function research creates viruses with abilities they do not have in nature. In two separate studies in 2011, scientists famously and controversially did just that with the H5N1 influenza virus, or “bird flu,” resulting in a version capable of airborne transmission among ferrets.

> The naturally occurring virus does not have this ability.

> Making mammal-to-mammal transmission easier set off alarm bells and triggered discussion of a U.S. moratorium.

> “Even if there’s only a 5% chance of a bird flu pandemic happening, we’re talking about a pandemic that probably looks like 2020 or worse,”

I already cannot wait for the final report that will serve as a roadmap for congress!

For comparison here's the final official report on Covid-19 hosted at house.gov:

https://oversight.house.gov/release/final-report-covid-selec...

It doesn't meddle around, here's the first point in the summary:

> 1. The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.

Followed by:

" A lab-related incident involving gain-of-function research is most likely the origin of COVID-19."

I think the media should take a hard and deep look into their propaganda machine.

And people who believed the mainstream media's obvious lies [1] should take a hard and deep look into themselves and wonder if they're not actually gullible fools.

[1] I was here on HN saying it was no coincidence the pandemic started next to a research lab and I was far from the only one.

P.S: don't get me started on the mRNA (which I actually got due to social pressure and which I now deeply regret getting) "vaccine" which contains self-assembling nano-structures (that is factual and proven). That is not what we were sold by the media / peer pressure. Never again.

The media will do anything and say anything rather than admit that orange man was right about something. It’s quite sad.
